HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ACTIVITIES

Activity choices are made using the Report Portal (Schoolbase). Pupils can either use their google log-in or their school network ID, and Parents use the login provided for the Report Portal. To access, click on the appropriate LOG IN link at the top of the page.

    • Parents: This will be the login (eg Surname12345) provided by the school to access the Reports Portal. If you cannot remember it, please do let us know.

    • Students, there are two ways to log in. Either

      • Use the Schoolbase Login which will use your network login (eg 01234) that you use in school, or

      • Use Google Login. Follow the instructions on the Student Log In page.

Once you have logged in, you will see a number of options, Select "Booking Activities" from the menu on the left

If you have more than one child at Claires Court,

select the child you wish to see:

You will then see a list of all activities available for selection, ordered by Day. To sign up to an activity, simply click on "Join Group" on the right hand side. It is possible to be added to a waiting list if an activity appears full. You will be notified if a space becomes available.

Once you have joined a group, all other groups running at the same time will show “Clash” instead of “Join Group”. If you wish to amend your choice, you must leave the previously selected group first by clicking “Leave Group”. It is possible to join a waiting list if an activity appears full. You will be notified if a space becomes available.

Once registration is over, you can still sign in to view upcoming activities. To view activities for the current week, click the "View Activities Timetable" tab.
